    I bought TMT5 from an agent of ArcSoft, and I activate TMT5 successfully. But I cant see my order informaion in order history, so I cant upgrade my TMT5 to TMT6 Here is the snapshot of my activation screen

    But I can't get my informaion in order history, it cause I can't upgrade TMT5 to TMT6.
