Is there a training issue? When is the federal government going to take a look at what is going on here with SWAT? If you Google other FBI SWAT incidents, you find that within the past few years, FBI SWAT killed one of their own at a training exercise in VA, one SWAT agent shot himself in the foot during an operation, another shot and wounded a fellow agent in Buffalo, and another shot and killed a fellow agent in NJ. There is a reason FBI always has "no comment" and that is to prevent the media, and ultimately the public, from getting the true story here. It is the local agency SWAT teams that have been doing this on a regular basis. The FBI doesn't get involved with all of the small search warrants for local infractions or hostage situations; they are there for large scale crimes. Because of this, the local SWAT teams, who are always itching to toss their flash bangs and bust down doors, are the ones who are usually causing this type of incident. I have read about 3 in the last 4 months where they showed up AT THE WRONG HOUSE and shot the family's dog who came up to play with them (or even just guard the home that the SWAT was illegally entering).
