Chinese WZ-19 and WZ-10 helis are now in mass production and operationally viable. A few of these new helicopter carriers would be very useful if war broke out with Japan over the Diaoyu Islands, in the near future. More naval power including 5 Kilo subs and 2 Gepard frigates will come soon. That´s not bad considering our tiny defence budget. Sure, that is still small compared to Chinese Navy. However, we can cover the entire SCS with our Airforce and Coastal cruise missles.
