    用记事本打开C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc目录下的hosts文件看看，是不是淘宝网的网址被定向到别的ip了

    复制到别的盘或者别的目录，修改好以后在复制回来。
    WIN7以后的版本是不能直接修改的。
