    art就是文科的意思，全文意思是经济学领域的文科学士

    arts就是文科的意思，也就是BA。相对应的有BSc是理科(science),BEng是工科(engineering)

    外国的bachelor of arts都是文学院的意思
    艺术的话一般都是bachelor of visual arts这种。。
    
    这个差不多就是文学院经济系本科
